Harvest Fire Worship Center Family Enrichment Center

Harvest Fire Family Enrichment Center (HFFEC) is an outreach ministry of Harvest Fire Worship Center. Our mission is to empower residents of Miami-Dade County by providing vital services that will enhance the quality of living through educational and social programs. All our programs are free and open to the community.

FCAT/AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING

The after school program focuses on students from grades 3-12. During the months leading to the FCAT exam this program targets weak areas that are relevant to the FCAT. An assessment is used to identify a student’s weak areas; this assessment then acts as a guideline to improve the student’s performance on the exam. After the FCAT, the after school program continues to monitor the students improvement at school, aids with homework and through close monitoring of all school work targets any weak area that may have been missed during the FCAT period. In addition, this program seeks to ensure that basic school lessons are not forgotten and uses these basic lessons to help students reach their potential and excel in their classes.
