Carlo A. Gottshaw
Carlo is a self-taught musician, playing for over eighteen years, an ordained minister and music teacher with the anointing of God on his life. He was born in the island of Jamaica where his grandfather was a Pastor and musician. Both he and his brother at an early age learned to play the guitar his grandfather gave them. Soon he learned and fell in love with the piano and was on his way to discovering the God-given gift that he possessed. During his years in Jamaica, he played with many bands and graced several stages. He later migrated to Miami, Florida in 1998 and started attending Harvest Fire Worship Center, where he was later appointed the Director of Music. His genuine love and passion for the Word of God and the people of God is evident in his ministry; whether preaching or leading worship. He is not only known at “home” but has been invited to speaking engagements, to lead praise and worship sessions for various ministries and events: some featuring artists such as Fred Hammond and Tonex. Some of his greatest passions as it relates to music is teaching, writing songs and composing.

Mission Statement
Our main ministry objective is to facilitate the accomplishment of Harvest Fire Worship Center (HFWC) mission statement: to win people to Christ and prepare them for service in the kingdom of God – “changing our world, one person at a time.”
Vision Statement
God desires that His people worship Him in Spirit and in Truth as well as abide in His presence. With this knowledge, Harvest Fire Worship Center Music Ministry endeavors to consistently and constantly create an atmosphere of worship where: 1) miracles will take place, 2) the people of God can enter into His presence on one accord, 3) yokes will be destroyed, 4) individuals will realize their divine purpose and 5) souls will be won into the Kingdom of God. People will experience a new and deeper relationship with God, build their confidence and self-esteem and recognize their God given gifts and talents through this ministry. Also, we will provide materials and training to equip and improve individuals. We will be widely recognized as a National and International model of excellence for Christian believers, choirs, Musicians and worshipers.
