Harvest Fire Homeownership Program
Mission Statement
Our mission at the Harvest Fire Homeownership Program is to educate potential home buyers and existing homeowners on achieving and maintaining the American Dream. Counseling Sessions customized to meet the client’s needs are established in an attempt to evaluate and assist clients in regulating their financial habits. In addition, to counseling, educational seminars are consistently held and opened to the community, enabling the attendees to become empowered stake holders in the community. It is our belief that the educated homeowner is the best homeowner.
BIOS
Tanieka Clarke holds the position of Housing Counselor for the Homeownership component of Harvest Fire International Outreach Ministries. As a housing counselor she aids new potential home buyers and homeowners in purchasing and maintaining their home. Counseling sessions are facilitated in both individual and group settings. The scope of these sessions are based on the needs of each client and can fall anywhere from credit counseling to natural disaster preparation. Tanieka has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is also licensed to practice Real Estate in the state of Florida. Mrs. Clarke takes pleasure in helping individuals and families build wealth and even greater pleasure in doing it to the Glory and Honor of God.
As a key player in Harvest Fire International Outreach Ministries, Julene Wade undertakes the responsibility of Program Director for the Homeownership Program and project manager for our soon coming Oasis of Hope Community Center.
As Director of the Homeownership Program Ms. Wade monitors and evaluates the function and administrations of the program. She supervises staff, establishes partnerships with organizations that are vital for the program’s success. She also develops and implements any systems changes necessary and demonstrates continuous efforts to improve the program.
As Project manager for the Oasis of Hope Julene organizes community planning with the city of Miami Gardens and planning meetings with the Architect and construction teams. She evaluates decisions made regarding the project and manages the necessary actions that must be in place so that the community center is in compliance with all requirements set forth by county and city officials. With a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Ms. Wade consistently displays the ability to manage projects and run the homeownership program efficiently and effectively.
