Simone Clarke

Simone A. Clarke serves as the program director for Harvest Fire Family Enrichment Center. HFFEC seeks to assist the communities’ growing academic challenges with programs which include GED classes, Computer Literacy Classes, and FCAT preparation classes for grade school children, all of which are free to the community. HFFEC also offers a food bank to the needy in the community every Saturday morning.
Simone is a graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor’s in Pastoral Christian Counseling with a minor in Psychology.

Tanieka Clarke

Tanieka Clarke holds the position of Housing Counselor for the Homeownership component of Harvest Fire International Outreach Ministries. As a housing counselor she aids new potential home buyers and homeowners in purchasing and maintaining their home. Counseling sessions are facilitated in both individual and group settings. The scope of these sessions are based on the needs of each client and can fall anywhere from credit counseling to natural disaster preparation. Tanieka has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is also licensed to practice Real Estate in the state of Florida. Mrs. Clarke takes pleasure in helping individuals and families build wealth and even greater pleasure in doing it to the Glory and Honor of God.

Julene Wade

As a key player in Harvest Fire International Outreach Ministries, Julene Wade undertakes the responsibility of Program Director for the Homeownership Program and project manager for our soon coming Oasis of Hope Community Center.  
As Director of the Homeownership Program Ms. Wade monitors and evaluates the function and administrations of the program. She supervises staff, establishes partnerships with organizations that are vital for the program’s success. She also develops and implements any systems changes necessary and demonstrates continuous efforts to improve the program.
As Project manager for the Oasis of Hope Julene organizes community planning with the city of Miami Gardens and planning meetings with the Architect and construction teams. She evaluates decisions made regarding the project and manages the necessary actions that must be in place so that the community center is in compliance with all requirements set forth by county and city officials. With a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Ms. Wade consistently displays the ability to manage projects and run the homeownership program efficiently and effectively.

Lauren Wint

Lauren Wint was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Florida in 1991.  In addition to being the administrative assistant to Dr. Donald and Pastor Helga Clarke, she is the contact person for the Harvest Fire prayer line.  She became a member of Harvest Fire Worship Center in 2003 and has a passion for people in distress as well as young people.  With a career goal of becoming a broadcast journalist, she currently attends Florida International University and is the anchor woman for the church weekly news broadcast, Harvest Fire News.

Simone Morgan

Simone Morgan is a tutor at HFFEC. She was born to Hyacinth and Gilbert Morgan on July 15, 1977. She resided with her parents and three older brothers in Jamaica for twenty-one years before coming to the United States to further her education as a chemistry major at Barry University. Besides being an active member Harvest Fire Worship Center’s choir, she was also involved at school. Ms. Morgan was the Vice President then President of her school’s chemistry club and Gamma Sigma Epsilon Honor Society. Ms. Morgan played a major role in the building of Barry University’s first sponsored Habitat for Humanity house. In addition, in 2002, Ms. Morgan was invited to become a member of Who’s Who Among College Students in America. Ms. Morgan plans to become a medical doctor in the near future.
