Harvest Fire Worship Center Worship

• Worship is an integral part of our fellowship.  We believe that worship exhalts the name of Christ and  invites His presence in our midst.  The Scripture rightly says "God inhabits the praises of His people." As we foster this atmosphere  we believe that  salvation, healing and deliverance is unquestionable present for everyone  in need.  We believe that Thanksgiving and Praise are the avenues through which we are led into divine worship to Almighty God.

 We believe in the Forms of Worship:

• Kneeling (Ps. 95.6)
• Prostrating onself (Jos.5:14)
• Standing (Deut. 29:10)

We believe in all Acts of worship:

• "Come before His presence with singing" (Ps. 100:2b)
• Clapping of the hands  (Ps. 47:1)
• "Shout unto God with the voice of triumph" (Ps.47:1b)
• Dancing (Ps.149: 3a)
• With instruments (Ps. 150)
• Waiting on and for Him (Ps. 37:34; Ps. 40.1)
• With silence before Him (Zech. 2:13)

We believe in the Power of Worship:

• Prayer and Fasting -  Like the incence that burned perpetually in the Tabernacle we read of in the Old
  Testament, so too must prayer be the engine room to true worship.

 We believe in the Arts of Worship:

• Music - Music is an accompanyment to worship but is not in itself worship. 

• Ministry of the Arts - Liturgical dance, Mime and drama helps to create the atmosphere in bringing glory to the King of kings.
